What is the life expectancy of my HVAC system?

How often you run your system, the system’s age, its make and model, and whether or not it was serviced regularly over the course of its life can all play a significant role in how long your system will last you. Air conditioners do last approximately 15 years on average.

Do you provide free estimate on repairs?

Yes! We provide free estimates on installations and repair costs. Remember that all new our new products have a 10 year manufacturers warranty and 1 year on labour.

What is the difference between a free estimate and diagnostic?

Free estimate is providing you with a quote for the repair or job to be completed to the terms set out. A diagnostic is a fee used to determine what the mechanical issue or source of the problem is first. We can then provide a free estimate on repair costs.

How much is your service call fee and what does it cover?

Our service call fee during regular hours is $99 from there we can diagnose the issue and provide you a free estimate to repair, or replace the part or appliance.

How long are your time frames? Why are they so long and can you provide a more accurate time?

You will receive a scheduled appointment time when we will be able to come to your home or business to complete your repair or installation. If you cancel or miss your appointment time then you will need to reschedule for a time slot where we can complete your work.
